my laptop was working fine today till i went to go on it tonight it booted up fine then about 5 min later it shut down now when it boots up it keeps shuting down could someone help please
hi it starts up fine i can get on to home screen and just get on line for about 5 min then it shuts off even if im on home screen it dose it
Could be overheating, although with that the shutdown usually takes a little longer. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Can you tell us the CPU type in the laptop and how long have you been using the PC? Check for dust and remove in the lower case of the PC. Most especially at the CPU fan and heat sink.
