it comes up to a blue screen then an error comes up and says that it couldn't perform the screening because couldnt detect 2 HDDs on this system
Maybe it's been dropped. Can you get into the BIOS setup?
yes but we tried all of the options avabile for that and it still will not come on
Did you try changing AHCI?Do the drives show in the bios?
