I can't log in to msn messenger but I can log in using different account. also the account that have problem can log in to hotmail page. please tell me what is the problem.

Have you ever thought that the account has a problem? If you can't login to messenger OR the webmail, then there's something wrong with the account itself. Possibly username or password, or if you don't use it much, it may have been deleted.
