locked out of my compaq pressario. how do i reset to factory specs. tried to restore but cant remember my admin password. HELP !! Please
If you get a BIOS Password on immediate start up, then you need to contact HP/Compaq and prove ownership. Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
Password help is not generally available on this forum due to the difficulty in proving ownership. Follow the advice in #1.
