[Solved] Links from google search are being misdirected

Specs: Windows 7

Google links are being misdirected. The address that comes up has "insurance" or something similar, and the page is blank. Also, when typing letters for a google search, no word completions are occurring

Be sure you get a good security suite on your system now. At least Security Essentials from MS,

Be sure to run your system as a limited or standard user account at all times.

Norton is not that good anymore...IMO I would uninstall it using the uninstaller FROM the WEBSITE, so all remnants in registry are gone, or else NO other AV will work properly on your PC.

I would suggest Avast Free...MUCH better than MSE which was suggested
