can you boot into safe mode, tap f8 after post. if you dont have a lot of files, you can just do a factory restore, it will wipe your C; drive and reinstall your machine to the day your bought.
if you have lots of files to save get a linux boot usb/disk and boot into linux then save files then do a factory restorei hate computers!
