my netbook has ubuntu(linus), I want to remove it and replace it with window but I can't do it. Plaese tell me how to do it

What have you done? Does your netbook have a CD/DVD-Rom?
Nothing to do with Linux, what-so-ever. fyi Linpus Lite is not Ubuntu
Install Windows from CD or DVD via external USB Optical Drive, wiping out current partitioning during install....
Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
Before doing anything, I suggest you study up on how to install XP on a modern system. 1st of all, make sure you can find all the XP compatible drivers for the motherboard chipset, video, sound, network, wireless, etc. Download them in advance & copy them to a disk or USB jumpdrive.
2nd, your netbook has a SATA HDD. XP was released prior to SATA HDDs so their are no SATA drivers on the disk. That means XP will NOT install unless you use one of the methods detailed in the following "how-to":

3. You will need an external USB CD/DVD drive & configure the BIOS settings to be able to boot from it.
