Specs: Windows 7

HAVE PURCHASED USB DVB-T DONGLE MODEL-D238-AF BUT WHEN I TRIED TO INSTALL FROM THE SET UP DISC I FOUND THE DISC TO BE BLANK. WHAT CAN I DO

Turn offf the caps lock, it is tantamount to shouting in forums.

Secondly go the Manufacturers Website and Download the Drivers, usually the setup has to be run prior to plugging in the device......

go someplace where you can connect to the internet via cable, once connected plug in your dongle and the autoinstaller/updater should do the rest, if not use another cd..

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
