Quite possible your hard drive has died. Go to the drive manufactures website and get the diagnostic utilities.

That computer should have a recovery partition on it, Windows came with those, the "installation disc", or "source", is a hidden partition on the hard drive. You access it by hitting one of the "F" keys at startup, and has bootup repair options, or the option to reinstall windows with the preactivated factory windows installation that was included with your computer when you bought it.
