Specs: Windows 7, AMD Athlon II Dual Core 2.10 GHz/3.0 GB Mem

I need a driver or CD for Smartscan 3600 for Windows 7. I have the original CD but it's of no use with this version of Windows.

Just run the CD in Administrator mode and then troubleshoot compatibility and use that setting. It will run for you
