Can’t Connect To Hidden Network Problem Windows 7

  • 16

Hi
The problem is that sometimes i can’t connect to the WiFi. When I run an analyzer it says that the Windows can’t connect to [network name]’s hidden network.
In the router’s settings the network is set not hidden.
When the WiFi disconnects, I can still see the SSID, I just can’t connect to it.
Every other laptop in the house works perfectly fine.

  1. Possibly – try re-installing the drivers for the wifi adapter on the problem laptop (obviously).

This link may be of help in that regard:

and this is M$-land’s check list – covers win 8 and win 7 (lower down the page); which “might” be of help?
