I would lean towards some part of the infection remaining behind since it is on both browsers, not just on one. If that does not help: As far as Firefox goes, try seeing if there is an upgrade version to download and install, or uninstall and reinstall fresh (If it asks you about personal folders to delete, say no since you just may be able to save some settings and bookmarks this way). As far as Internet Explorer goes, they have a reset internet explorer feature that should eliminate a problem there. Someone who wrote that virus must hate really Google. Post back results.|
