I put the settings on my homepage to "hide tabs and menu", but now I can't find the menu to set it back. There are no tabs, no menu, just the page that is open, and I can't move back or forwards with the browser's buttons.
Firstly hit the F11 key and see if that helps. I'm not too familiar with Opera but right click a blank area just below the blue title bar.
See if there are any options there which require check marks.This might help:
