|If you start a System Restore but click "Show More Restore Points" you may be able to see a restore point before all of this started and use that. You have corrupted system files and most likely some infection left over. If you succeed with a far back restore, reboot directly to Safe Mode and then update and rescan with Malwarebytes, then do the same with your antivirus program. If either picks anything up, repeat both again.|
If you still cannot do a far back restore, you will probably need to back up your personal files, gather your installers, and do a Factory Restore (wipes the drive and reinstalls as it was shipped from the factory. Then do all Windows updates, Driver Updates, put a good antivirus program on it, reinstall your programs and utilities, and scan your back up before restoring them.
