Solved How to uninstall Spybot Search & Destroy in Windows 7

Spybot Search & Destroy is a very reliable program in my opinion. If you are having issues with some sites perhaps that is due to your browser, not Spybot. That said, you uninstall Spybot by going to Control Panel> Programs and Features. Click on Spybot and you will have that option. If you would list the exact problems you are having perhaps we can help you with them. Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser?

I doubt very much if the problem you are having is anything to do with SpyBot (unless it is not a genuine copy). Is it just the shopping website you are having trouble with, or is it all websites? In your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or whatever), right click a blank spot just below the blue title bar. See if there are any options there that require a check mark. If the problem is now solved please let us know what fixed it. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I can't find a blue spot to click on - sorry I'm a complete novice and it's totally confusing to me. I have a Laptop with Windows 7 served by BT Yahoo. Have you any more directions, please?

Not quite what I said (there's no blue spot): "right click a blank spot just below the blue title bar" Title bar runs across the top of the screen (usually blue). In a blank (unused) area below this, see if there are any options that want checking to restore any missing toolbars that you want to make permanent. Before you do that, just hit the F11 key and see if that temporarily helps. If it makes things worse just hit it again. Yes - from Internet Explorer, as I said in #2.
