How to rid red x in Windows Live Mail with Wi

Specs: Windows 7

Windows live mail with Windows 7 has many e-mails with the red x in the corner where a picture should be, how do I get the pics to display.

You need to go into your settings and allow them to download to your computer I'm assuming. Go to File(beside Home tab), then options, then Safety Options.

Under the Security tab,
make sure the do not allow attachments to be saved or open....etc.. is not checked and also make sure block images and other external content in html format is not check. Do have show images from safe senders checked

Email clients and web-based mail typically block images from displaying by default for a number of reasons. When you open the mail, you should have an option atop the email that says "Show images" or the alike. Clicking it will download the web images. Alternately, if you add the sender to your Contacts list, all future emails by that sender should have their images downloaded automatically.
