how do I resize laptop screen in Windows 7.

Specs: Windows 7

Its not the resolution, it is just certain screens. I will be typing or scrolling using the touch pad a screen will suddenly increase in size. I'm not sure what I am doing to make it change sizes and I can't figure out how to reduce the size. The icons on my desktop have not changed size so I don't think this is the resolution.

Okay, so I have my view set at 100%. Most screens are normal size, but when I log in to check emails, the size of the images and text expand to some huge font and I can't get resize just the one screen/page.
