Help with 'runas' and SMS.mmc on 64 bit Win7

I'm trying to create shortcuts to run the Admin console and an SMS console as another user (with elevated rights). If I shift-right-click on the shortcuts and manually enter the credentials, all works fine, but I cannot figure out the proper syntax for a 'runas' option in the shortcut in the Target Properties. Can anybody assist? Thanks. Wherever you go, there you are.
