Seems like it is a Google Chrome issue. Best bet is to uninstall it and then re-install it from a new download. This might be of help, although I would favor uninstalling the addons - step 3 - (or at least disabling them) before uninstalling Chrome:

EDIT:
Might be worth first just disabling your addons temporarily just to see if this cures the issue. If it does then see if replacing the addon helps.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

It just means that page hasn't finished loading. Usually happens when the page contains a lot of graphic elements or it's server is slow. Also happens if your internet speed is slow too,

It does not mean there's anything wrong with your PC.

It could still be awaiting some link or other on the webpage.
Does this happen on just one website or on all of them?
If it's just one webpage is it possible to give us a link to it?

If you have another browser on board (such as IE or Firefox) does this do it too?

I followed your instructions and disabled the "addon" which for me was "Bamboo" (those cute little characters) I think it worked- thanks so much - it was really annoying .FYI- this could have cost me 80.00 to have an online service help me- so thanks again!

Well, I'll admit I was only about 50/50 confident that it would be an addon so I'm pleased to find it worked out for you. Thx for popping back and if you care to select a Best Answer then that will mark this thread as solved.
