Recover DELETED Hidden Folder Created By Locker.Bat File

I’ve created a locker.bat hidden folder recently. Someone deleted this folder. Is there any way to recover this folder? Please help.

      The fact that locker.bat was used has no real consequence because all this does is make it a “protected operated system folder”. So the question is simply how to recover a deleted folder.

      Someone retrieved some files with this program against all odds:

      Probably not essential but it might be an idea to “temporarily” show protected operating system files and folders while you are attempting recovery. Bear in mind that the more you have used your computer since the deletion the less your chance of recovery – files and folders get over-written.
      EDIT:
      Showing protected operating system files is additional to showing hidden files. The reason this should be only done temporarily is because it can produce desktop.ini files in user areas such as the desktop.
