Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, 2.4GHz 24GB RAM

Does anyone know how to change the page setup and make it permanent ?

I don't want any header or footer on any of my page, but i can't seem to get the settings in "Page Setup" to stay. I have to reset it every time i open firefox.

any idea?

I assume you are asking about the 'Home page'.
Navigate to the page you want>tools>options>main tab>Use Current Page
It has always worked for me. (very similar as in IE)

Not sure whether it matters, but using FirefoxPortable (v 3.54):

File->Print Preview->Page Setup->Margin & Header/Footer Tab

Turn on/off whatever you need. I restarted Firefox and checked again, and the settings "took"...

Sorry, when printing from internet, I usually just highlight what I want, go to print and choose 'print selected' That way I cut out most ads, side bars, etc.
