fail to debug error

i try to install the yahoo dsl setup for internet. i pop in the cd, and when the set finished, it asked to restart and installation will resume after startup. so i restarted and the installation didnt resume, it give me this error : fail to debug.
the setup works on xp though, but not for win7. someone told me to install the set up in compatability mode, how do i do that?

If you have a Vista compatible installer, it should work with Windows 7.

Right click on the setup file. Go to properties then you should see compatabilty mode tab. Try xp sp2 mode. Seems most people have the best luck that way. G/l
