My battery is not getting charged and my adapter is not being identified by my system. What is wrong, need help? Ive tried some of the solutions suggested by different threads but it is not working for me.
You probably need to replace the a/c adapter. It's not being identified because it is faulty. Only buy a new a/c adapter that is recommended by Sony as a genuine original equipment replacement by ordering one from Sony. Third-party ones are cheaper but may not work properly.
The a/c adapter that comes with the laptop is also not working (not identified). Could there be any reason?
