Try re-installing the touchpad driver or buy a regular USB mouse.
You can download the touchpad driver from here:
USA: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/
UK: http://support.lenovo.com/en_GB/def...
For any other country, click the country selector box at the top and a list will appear.
