asks to run a wizard for a new password, never heard of that, do you have another setup, guest account etc.
you may have some sort of virus you could download a linux boot disk, save all your files and do a factiry restore, which will set your machine to its original config and then reinstall your files..

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

This Wizard may be a fake one, thereby making you give someone elase access to your system. Use recommendation above and use a Live Linux bootable disk to save your files (unless you have a current back up on a separate drive already) and do a factory restore, reinstall your programs (from install disks) and your files (from back up).
Next time create a new post for your question please.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

The reality is......you can get passed ANY windows operating system password, including Windows 7 in about 45 seconds with disk that will simply blank out the password.....saving all the nasty time of hacking the actual password....but we don't give out the information because we have no way of telling a thief from a legitimate plea for help on help forums such as this.
