Ok. Everytime I'm on the internet and try and watch a movie or play a game the internet stops responding. It won't even let me play something as simple as Solitaire.. I've tried the search and help on my computer and done dozens of virus scans and it hasn't found anything. Sometimes randomly the internet will stop responding for no reason also. I don't know if I need to download some new flash player or what. So, if you could help me that would be great. =)
(I use the ethernet cord.)

Try this: go to an internet speed test site and check your internet connection.
Try resetting (unplugging for 30seconds) Modem, Router, any hubs or switches to see if that helps.
If you are using Internet Explorer, try Mozilla Firefox to see if it is the program or not.
Depending on your connection type, you may have a poor cable connection (possibly even outside of your building). Cable TV often use many splitters, one at the pole, one or more outside your building, and another inside to split the connection between TV and Internet modem, any of these can have a poor connection.
