See if any problems are reported in Device manager. Update drivers for anything to do with USB roots controllers, and hubs, and the chipset. Unplug other USB devices just in case they're drawing too much current. You can check on current draw in DM / usb root hubs / properties / power

Just a thought, did you try rebooting?

Another thought, turn off the computer and unplug the power lead. If it is a laptop remove the main battery as well. Hold the power on/off button in for about 20 seconds.

Put it back together and see if it helps.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

check to see IF your clock and date are right. If the bios battery is dying and the date is wrong, it affects many things on a PC.
