clean up software - mount isos?

I used to use tune up utilities 2009 on my xp laptop and this desktop when it ran vista - but ti doesn't seem to like win7 - so i need a top notch program that will clean up registry errors, fix program errors, etc etc

also how can i go about mounting an iso? alcohol 120 wont install....

You really don't need a registry cleaner on your Windows 7 machine, but if you insist, try CrapCleaner - it features a registry cleaner in addition to other things that it does & it is compatible with Windows 7. As far as mounting ISO images, there's a few apps that work in Windows 7, I typically use MagicDisc.

thx saber. magic disc works like a charm.

i just feel that for the first week win7 was the fastest os ive ever used. and now it reminds me of vista. :( still living at home with very restrictive parents, the only time i ever go online is to check email from professors so i doubt its a virus but i should give malwarebytse a run.
