Chrome will not open. Keep getting an Unresolved Error message. Tried un-installing and re-installing, did not work. Did the Icon troubleshooting as well, didn't help. Any ideas??

I will try this when I get in from work at 3 tonight. Thank you for the info. I thought I had done that already but what I read had no registry steps in it. I will let you know how it turns out.
Ok so I tried that. It didn't work for me. I did a registry clean up and fix on my computer. That seemed to work. I can now open Chrome with no issues, so far. Thank you so much for the advice. Now I have these registry files on my desktop that i'm not sure if I can delete lol. Agai thank you for your help:). You setme on the right track!

What did you use?Upload to a site of your choice & give us the link, a screenshot of your desktop, please.
I used Genuine Registry Doctor. I don't know how to do screen shots, and i'm not to sure what you want me to upload. I know some things about computers, but i'm not that technical, sorry :( All I know is that I ran the program and then tried installing Chrome again, and it worked. I had a bunch of empty registry files/keys??. I cleaned them up and voila!. That's about all I can tell you. Again, sorry:(
"I used Genuine Registry Doctor" I downloaded it & ran it, did'nt leave any files on my desktop, other than the install file & a shortcut.
