Uninstall from the control panel and reinstall. If you have bookmarks you want to save they are located at \\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default. Do this before the uninstall. The AppData folder is probably hidden so to get there you will have to enable the option to view hidden files and folders.

The best advice would be to uninstall Chrome & replace it with Firefox. If you insist on using it, uninstall it, run CCleaner-Slim, reboot, then reinstall it. When using CCleaner, run the cleaner, then the registry scanner - remove everything they find.
