Specs: Windows 7
downloaded samsung kies this added a toolbar now computer runs slow when on google chrome i would like to know how to uninstall this

Click the "Tools" icon at top-right (three horizontal bars), then click "Settings".
On the far left, click "Extensions".
Click the little dustbin against the extension you want to remove.

For the future:

Most toolbars are either spyware or a nuisance.
Be on guard for them being pre-checked with any download or install.

This program is good at finding remnants (files and registry entries) left behind,
"even when you opted out of installing the toolbars in the first place":
