Specs: Windows 7 64 bit, Intel Pentium t4500

Hello, Since I got a new laptop windows 7 home pre 64 bit, it's been great, I think since I needed to install software for my nokia mobile, somehow it's been changed to 32 bit and have noticed that the system runs slower, really pivved me off, have tried to restore but will not go back as far as the installation of nokia software, please could someone help me changed it back to 64 bit please.

Software installation can't change an operating system. You have to manually reinstall it to do that. Check to see if there is a 64 bit application for that phone. You can run 32 bit apps on a 64 bit system, so that's not a problem. You can always uninstall the software to see if it makes a difference.

You may just need to do a disk clean up. If you uninstall the software and it runs better, check Nokia's website, they may have an updated version of the software available (32 bit is not a problem, but Windows 7 compatibility may be).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Right click on your "My Computer" icon and select properties. In the system area about half way down the screen what does it say next to system type?
