cant make windows 7 overwrite all partitions

hi i recently was dual booting with vista and ubuntu now i want just windows 7 when i ran the installation disk it would olnly let me put it in one drive but i want it over everthing so ubuntu and vista are gone.ive already installed windows 7 and i only have 15gb when in total theres 80 vista had 40 ubuntu had 40 how do i get all of windows 7 in one?
You need to delete ALL partitions, wipe the MBR, repartition, reformat, then reinstall Win7.

If you want to use the whole drive as one partition, use the W7 dvd to boot with, start the instalation, choose custom option, next select disk tools/managment, delete all partitions one by one, when done create new partition using all disk space, then continue W7 instalation.

Have you tried using the windows 7 partition manager to extend the partition 7 is on to use up the whole drive?
I'm not sure if this will work, but it is worth a try before doing an OS reinstall.
You would then need to remove all other boot options (except 7) from the boot loader though.
