can't download or find any Exe.files or run them.

I would start with the EXE fix from here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial... If you can't download the above then you will need to download the REG file onto another computer then Save it onto a flash drive (don't Run it). Put the flash drive in your computer and run the file from there. Just double clicking it on your computer will run it - say yes to all prompts. The strange bit is not being able to find your EXE files. Give an example please?
