How is it not working? Are you getting errors, or are you setting this up for the first time and cannot get it working? Is your windows 7 32bit or 64bit (right click "Computer" and select properties) that will tell you which you have if you don't know. If you could provide more info may help. Try download the latest driver from epsons website
