Why don't you have a key for Windows 8? Did your computer originally come with Windows 7 pre-installed?

yes my computer came with windowss 7.it said i wouldnt lose file to refresh i thought i made backup of files as it turned out locked out of compute rno access to keys as they no access to emails as the copy iprinted out o passwords were old

riider, that unit has 2 optical drives. No need for an external drive. What happened to the key for Windows 8?
