I was on the laptop yesterday morning without any problems,
Later in the day I installed a new and sealed unopened software game and installed and played
it without any problems. After shutdown and an attempt to go back on the laptop later was when I got the error messages above. Could this game have caused my problems??
In any event - I have tried repeatedly and the laptop still shows these messages at start up.
Tap F8 while booting to see if you can make it to Safe Mode. If so maybe we can do something from there.

In BIOS, change first boot device priority to your system drive, i.e. the hard disk drive. The next time you boot your computer, it will directly boot to Windows, not looking for devices such as CD drives or USB drives. CoolGuy
