Blue arrows not responding

December 25, 2012 at 21:33:09
Specs: Windows 7
when wishing to return to the pervious screen that I was looking at, or going forward, Im unable to do so by using the mouse to click on the blue arrows - located at the top lefthand of the computer screen (sorry I dont know their name) except by clicking up to 8 times. The same happens with using the ALT button with the left & right arrow keys on the keyboard

Those arrow keys are used in many programs. Please let us know which one you mean (or is it more than one)?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Try resetting IE or try another different browser like FF or Google Chrome to see if the browser is the problem.

But it might not even be the arrows in a "browser" at all (although that would be my best guess too).

We need the poster to tell us which program or programs are doing this.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
