Hello all! I recently installed windows 64-bit and now whenever I start up it just shows a black screen and I can move my mouse. It was working great for a few days then this happened. All I did was delete a few viruses with UnHackMe upon start-up. It said that I have system files not in proper folder so I said delete. Upon startup I got this issue. Task manager will not open. Ctrl+Alt+del won't work either. I don't even get the Windows 7 loading screen. I even booted it up in safe mode. Same thing happened. It is like the OS isn't loading or something. Please help!

At this point you are looking at a Repair Install, at the very least. I suspect some core Windows installation files may have been corrupted or lost during your recent attempt to disinfect your machine.
