I installed Windows 7 Build 7600 last night. Everything seems to work fine, except for some audio, mainly in games, sounds "hollow". It's kind of hard to explain, but it just doesn't sound right, like it did on XP. I have a Creative X-fi Xtremegamer sound card, Sennheiser HD555 headphones, and the latest drivers for the sound card. I haven't tried reinstalling the drivers yet. I was hoping maybe someone had some other ideas for what it could be caused by.

Thanks,

Tony

"and the latest drivers for the sound card". Are those drivers Vista drivers?

Ah, you must also go by soulbleed on another forum. I tried to see what the deal is with the hollow effect only to come across your other post.
