Audio driver for windows 7

I have installed windows 7 on my IBM R50e
and there is no sound, the system cannot recognize
the sound driver . Previously in vista there was
no need for me to install audio driver separately.
Now the matter is different .
I own an IBM R50e , 1.5 GB RAM , 1.73 Ghz
40 GB , please advice me what should i do .
Oh yes and the IBM lenovo websites also don't
provide the driver . Pls help
