Problems following i-Cloud downloads. Address Book disappeared . Now when attempting to send an e-mail, pop-up, no Address Book. Windows 7 and Word. Everything now on Contacts. New e-mail address entries go exclusively to Contacts. Currently cannot send e-mails Bcc. Selection not there.

You should try to do a restore.
From what I gather the problem is simply with the Address Book. What I think has happened is iCloud has become the default email or contact program. The only thing you could try is to copy/export all your contacts to somewhere, uninstall iCloud and then copy your contacts back to where they were before.
