I'd suggest you should scan with Anti-Virus program in Safe Mode I recommend using Malwarebyte, perform a full scan and remove all threats found

With the link given in #1 run the EXE fix and then the LNK fix. Usually caused by a virus hence the need to run the scans suggested too. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
