how to access windows vista partition from windows 7 ?
i have created 3 primary partition- 1>vista 2>windows 7 3>ubuntu .i am having some of my documents in my vista parttion, i want to access it, when i logged in to windows 7,
how can i do it ?

I'm guessing you can't see the Vista partition in W7.
Go to disk managment and assign a drive letter to the Vista partition, you will then be able to see it.

vista is installed in c:/ drive, i am not able to change the drive letter .......

Boot into Win 7, which will become the C drive, then change the letter for the Vista partition.

I've got XP, Vista, Windows Sever 08 Enterprise & Windows 7 on this machine & I can see, browse & access just about any file I want from on all of them regardless of the OS I'm booted into.

Do you not see the partition in question or are you simply getting an error message accessing the stated partition?
