i have 4736Z laptop and installed with windows7 OS.. the problem is that VGA driver could not be installed...any solution pls!!!! or may be send me an installer compatible to it..
thanx in advance!!!

I don't understand why so many people are wiping out their XP & Vista installations in favor of Win 7, especially at this point in time. It would make much more sense to run a dual boot setup. Win 7 RC will not be upgradeable to Win 7 RTM, so you're going to have to eventually wipe the HDD & start from scratch again. Don't get me wrong, I know that Win7 is a good OS & much better than Vista, but it doesn't make sense to throw all your eggs in the Win 7 RC basket.
That being said, the Acer specs show you have the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M, so all you need to do is download & install the appropriate drivers.

The upgrade from Beta-to-RC or RC-to-RTM is possible, you just need to edit the "cversion.ini" file on the Windows 7 disc in order for the upgrade-install to work.
M$ first posted the workaround back in April for those who insist on performing an upgrade-install vs. a fresh install.

if you have ati mobility displayer card, go to the link below to download,
http://drivers.mydrivers.com/driver...
or if you have nvidia displayer card, go to the link below to download,
http://drivers.mydrivers.com/driver...
or intel displayer card,
http://drivers.mydrivers.com/driver...but, there are some brand they don't allow you to install drivers on the internet, these brand put some restrictions into those drivers above, and then they force you to download their drivers from their official website like IBM.
