words not showing\black spots

(keeping in mind, im not very computer literate)...some sites dont let me see all the words, such as this one. i cannot see the original message boxes, or the responses. although, if i hold the left button on my mouse, and hold it, they show up...in a different color. any suggestions to fix this problem? thank you!!
