This maybe is a stupid question, but can I get my D-Link AirPlus G DWL-G122 Wireless USB (a wireless network adapter) to go out on the Internet through a router? If that doesn't, I also have a Realtek RTL8029(AS)-based Ethernet Adapter which is just a plain 10.0 Mbit network adapter.

WWindows 3.1x and Windows for Workgroups 3,x have different networking capability, you failed to mention which version.....
Plain Windows 3.x uses MS-DOS M$ Network Client 3 with NDIS2/3 Drivers and the TCP/IP add-on. Whilst WfW3.xx has built in Networking and requires the optional TCP/IP Stack. You can download an OEM Driver package from Realtek which has all the required drivers......
Afaik there are only MS-DOS USB Drivers available which Support mass Storage Devices and Optical Drives. Windows 3 is only a GUI...
