Does anyone have or know where i can download,windows95 upgrade on 3.5 diskettes? I have searched the net high & low to no avail,my system has enough space,its a reasonable machine that the previous owner had formatted & then installed 3.1 instead of 95.any help will be much appreciated.

Whats the deal with everyone needing the Win95 upgrade diskettes. Dont you people know the full version of '95 functions better. All you have to do is fdisk/format your hard drive boot up with the win95 boot disk & the rest is smooth sailing. Just follow the instructions on your screen.

The reason these people are posting for win95 UPGRADE is because they want win95 UPGRADE,and not the full version.It does seem that no-one knows where to get hold of it though.Having searched high and low for some time now,i'm beggining to think that its a myth-and dosn't exist.
Windows 95 full version works the same way, probably better. Stay away from these upgrade versions. They are nothing but trouble. I purchased the upgrade version to upgrade from Win95 to Win98 & I had nothing but problems. Use the full version everytime. Will cut out a lot of heartache. Now go download Windows 95 before it's to late!

Zeb, Same as the others. I have a laptop sans CD and need the Win 95 disks. I have Win 95 and 98 on OEM CDs, but needs the disks to fix the no CD Rom problem. Thanks
