windows 3.x look interface

Hello,
I know that there are programs to give windows 3.x a windows9x - XP look and interface. But i want a program that gives windows XP a windows 3.1 interface. Is this possible?

you can put the windows xp buttons in the 3.1 shell, and I think you do it vice versa. set the defauly shell to progman.exe in one of the system files useing sysedit. you need to make your own program groups though. I really dont want the 3.1 look in anything else except for windows 3.1, and nt 3.x its great, but if i buy xp, i want xp, not windows 3.1. if you need the package to make whe xp button in the shell look like windows 3.1. email me @ ibm_os2_warp@yahoo.com

hi, yes there is a program called winblinds to give diferent skins to win xp as well as a program to make skins i downloaded it (trial) and found on the web a win 3.x skin, ha i've got my operating systems reversed, my win 3.x looks like xp and my xp looks like win 3.x, just do a search for you'll find it! good luck!

yep thats the same site i went to for winblinds but i got the win 3.1 skin from somwhere else but i can't remember where but i found while searching for a program to give the win 9x buttons to win 3.1 do a search for win 3.1 skin
