I have a two part question. First, what is the difference between Win 3.1 and 3.11? Also, where can I get the upgrade?

The Windows 3.1 to Windows 3.11 upgrade replaced some core files. It's purpose was to increase reliability and decrease the number of General Protection Faults. You can download the upgrade package at: www.powerload.fsnet.co.uk/win3x.htm The file name is WW0981UD.exe and includes a batch file to replace the start-up screen also.
